When are you going to change the Vendio Checkout procedure for eBay items regarding sending "Payment Received flag back to ebay"? Currently, payment received status will send to ebay when buyer using Vendio checkout but doesn't pay (step 2). It should be sent after (step 3).
Also, vendio should charge final fee base on step 3 (Received Payment) not just checkout (step 2). It will minimize a lot of refund request.

Hello Andy,
You emailed us about this yesterday and I sent you a reply. As stated in the email, this notification comes from ebay once your buyer selects another payment option other than PayPal, not the other way around.
In regards to your second point: Once your customer has completed the Vendio checkout which means that you have all the buyers data (name,address,shipping carrier, designated payment type) available to you. Vendio does not process payments of any sort. It was decided that completion of checkout was the most logical place to designate the creation of an order.
