There is a problem with overseas buyers on my checkout. This is the last email from a buyer; Hi
When I click on Pay Now in MyEbay, it brings up a Vendio payment form, which I have never used before. I filled this out, but the format for the phone number doesn't work with UK phone number formats, so when I get through to paypal it tells me there is a problem with my phone number format and says I need to edit it this. However it doesn't give me the option to edit this information, only to add a New address which requires me to enter all my payment card details again. I am not happy to do this, because everything is already set up and I use paypal all the time without any problems.
This has happenened 4 times now in the last month with customers. Please help.

Hello Bruce,
Is this the only complaint that you get from your overseas buyers (regarding the phone number) or are there other scenarios that are causing problems? Please provide the item number so we can take a look at the checkout setup.

Hi,
This one is number 200014429469 but there has been about 4 others in the
last 2 months. All the same that they can't get the phone number in. All
overseas.

Hello Bruce,
I'll have to log a bug with our engineering group if there appears to be a problem transmitting the phone number information. Do you happen to know what format was used by the customer? Did they enter the country code, dashes, spaces, etc? Also, are ALL international orders using Paypal through our checkout having this problem, or just a percentage of your buyers?
