I use Vendio to list and like one of the templates but when I listed it to Ebay, the right side shows another part of the border. item #190024213941 - I listed directly from Vendio so I don't understand the problem. I have used another template before and did not have the same problem. TIA

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that there's a problem with the template. Since it's previewing this way in our service, this is not an ebay issue. I thought it may have been the HTML in your description area, but I see that's not the case. I'll have a better answer for you after I do a bit of research. Thank you for your patience.

Hello again Diane,
Aha! Found it. Looks like your HTML that you put in your default listing text has thrown that template off. All you have to do is remove/edit that text and this should correct the issue.

Hi Ed,
Thank you for checking it out. I have a couple of default listing areas. Can you tell me which I have to change and what is wrong with the HTML. I am not good with HTML so I did alot of cut and paste. Thanks - diane

Hello Diane,
Well, we do not provide HTML assistance, as it would just be too time consuming but I did notice that you had a table that was throwing the whole listing off. I would recommend ripping it all out and only adding the most necessary HTML that you think is necesssary, and then ebay previewing it.
