If an auction is not over one lb., I would like to state the shipping using the Inventory Edtion. Please explain the process.
Also, sometimes when I have just about completed an Ebay auction item ad in Inventory Edition, when I want to save, then the message is page loading, please wait. The problem is the page never loads and I have to start over. This is frustrating and time consuming. Is it my computer or some problem on your end?
When you are listing the weights of your items you can skip the LB field and simply enter the ounces, or you can enter 0.5 into the weight field if you need to, it doesnt have to be a whole number.
As for the page timing out when you save, chances are you just need to purge your temporary internet files and sign back into the Vendio website. With all of the data on the inventory edition pages, sometimes a manual purge of your temp files will help keep the pages running smooth/fast.
