Had to make more than one attempt on Friday before we could send shipment notifications. Made several attempts on Saturday before we could get them to go through. Today we can not get any shipment notifications to send.

The page keeps timing out.

Is the new cross sell gallery causing some problems when sending several notifications at once. I didn't think much of it, but this has been three shipping days in a row, must be some kind of a small problem.

We will try to send them again latter.

Hello,

This is one of those issues where we really can't try and test/replicate the issue in your own account, in fear of resending notices or sending them out when not required.

I checked this in my own account, albeit with a smaller number of listings that you may be doing, but wasn't able to see anything slowing the page down at that time.

If this persists, where the page is timing out, try simply purging the browser cache and trying again to see if that helps. If you already have done so, my apologies, but sometimes it really is the simple stuff that works.
