I just created an Ebay store and I can't seem to figure out how to get the store categories recognized in Vendio. I did have an Ebay store some time ago that I closed, and the categories for the new one are similar. The old categories show up in the site specifics settings, but even when I click on the update link nothing seems to happen. In my actual inventory item, there are no choices in the stores category in the pulldown menu under site specifics. What am I missing ?

Hello,
I updated your eBay store categories in Vendio and I was able to see them change after triggering the update. In the future you can do this by going to "My Account" --> "eBay" ( below "Site Specifics" ) --> scroll down to just above the "Features" section --> click "Click here" where it says "Click here to update your categories."

Thanks Nathan. I actually did try that and nothing happened. That was puzzling so I thought maybe I had to change a setting somewhere else. Thanks for the help!
