Hello. I'll post here in case someone else has encountered this. I emailed that one of my items had "none" for a subtitle when all my defaults were set for no subtitles and nothing written in the subtitle space. Chris emailed back today saying that particular item (the 50s vest pattern currently running as a live auction 330030534250) has the ebay site specifics Value Pack option enabled so it is forcing the printing of a subtitle (and I am getting charged for one, I imagine).
I have never chosen the value pack option for any of my inventory items or auctions. The original inventory item (in my pattern single auctions folder) does not have it enabled either. The copy of it currently running live (in my Launched Items folder) does. This is a rogue event attached to a copy somewhere in the copy process that I didn't set. I am also not able to edit it out. I can pull it up, but if I uncheck the Value Pack option, the gallery picture option cancels and flips to "no Gallery picture" choice. If I then check the gallery picture button, the checkmark in the value pack box automatically fills back in.
I don't currently use subtitles so I want the gallery picture but no value pack. How do I get that edit accomplished? It doesn't seem to be a problem on my other items. If I selected a top inventory item where it is correct and set the change entire column function, would this item be corrected down the line even though I can't correct it manually as a single item? Thanks!

Hi Passedtothepresent,
I looked at the active item. To my surprise, the item does have a subtitle: "none"
I did look quickly in your account. Your inventory does contain 2 items with same title. I did locate the one that launched, and edit it. In the Description and Template tab, under Subtitle, there's the word "none". When no subtitle is set, the column still displays "none" but in italics! so your actual item does have a subtitle after all.
Now to the Value Pack. This is an offer made by eBay, and includes gallery and ... subtitle. Since gallery picture and subtitle are present in different tabs in SMIE editor, we came up with the following solution: whenever the user sets a subtitle, and sets the gallery checkbox, we check Value Pack instead (which is cheaper). This was the case with your item. Please edit it and correct the error (click on subtitle, and delete it)

Okay. Will do. Thanks so much. Were you able to revise that mistake at ebay or do you mean you just edited it in my inventory?I'll check everything in inventory and all past and present launches before listing or relisting. (Thanks for the inbuilt toggle default that saves us money if we want subtitles!)
Only question is still how do I have a subtitle of "none" for any of my items? I have not typed anything in ever for any of them (the default is none in italics and since that is what I want I have never had a reason to mess with it one way or the other)
