After an auction closed I manual sent a WBN to the customer. In my email box I received a copy of the WBN. My customer received an email saying thank you for the payment. He email asking me if that was right including a copy of the email. Auction 110038596093. I turned on PayPal instant notification today, could that be the problem? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello,

I am showing that this buyer has not yet completed checkout, and your payment received emails are also not set to automatically be sent once payment has been received. This doesn't sound like a Vendio email. Or maybe it is for a different auction? Please forward a copy of the email to [email protected] and we will take a look.
