(Item 300031208833) This is an best offer which is stuck in pending mode for a long while. Also, in last week, I experienced a lot of sold item stuck in active listings. When buyers want to checkout, they complain that some items are missing. This situation has never happened until last week, and it happened almost everyday and over 10 times. A lot problems occur in second chance offers and best offers. How come the checkout system becomes that unreliable lately? Is there any solution to prevent this problem? When will Vendio support eBay's counteroffer function? Counteroffer feature has been on eBay for at least 6 months. Thanks.

Hi Wilson,
It's strange about this auction 300031208833 as it's seemingly stuck on ebay side as well, as there is still a best offer button on the auction. I do see that you have an item in your postsale with that auction ID, but I'm not seeing that it's the same buyer.
In regards to your other checkout items, I'll be happy to investigate any other examples you can provide. We on occaision are not notified when an auction ends on ebay, which may leave an item left in your active items. By clicking the "refresh" button, you'll manually move that item into your postsale.

So what I can do with the best offer? I know I can go to the active item and search the item id to refresh the stuck items, but it is a huge problem when this happens all the time. How about the counteroffer function? Is Vendio going to support that?
300031208833 appears to be still a regular active item on eBay, so refreshing it wouldn't change anything at this time.
Vendio will eventually support the counteroffer option, however this is a much large project that will unlikley be completed prior to the fall selling season. (there is a lot more than just counteroffer that would need to be built in order to offer support for it.)

What can I do with the stuck best offer? It's still in pending mode and I can't accept it. The best offer will end tomorrow, and I will lose this sales. Also, the sold items are stuck in active listing problem is not an occasional problem now. It happens to me EVERYDAY and most of them occur when people accept their second chance offers. Could someone take a look at my account and see what happen? Is it everyone's problem or only my account's problem? If this problem cannot be solved, I need to switch to another auction management company. I just can't refresh my auctions manually every 2 hours to make sure no items are stuck. This is not auction management automation. This is a huge problem, because customers want a checkout system that is easy to use and accurate. I really appreciate if you can provide a feasible solution this problem. Thank you.
