Hello. I launched a series of items tonight, all for 7 days. One came out launched at 5 days. I've checked and the item (330037794245) has a 7 day site setting for the corresponding inventory item (in relisted items folder)so I'm not sure why it launched at 5 days. I have revised the auction to 7 days on ebay. Will the Vendio postsale countdown eventually change from 4+ to 6+ days remaining? I can't figure out how to reset it at Vendio. Thanks!

What I asked was if the Vendio postsale summary would eventually automatically upgrade the duration change made at ebay or there was some way I had to change it in postsale myself. It has now appears correctly in Vendio so I guess the system does that automatically but the updating process was just really slow.

Hello again passedtothepresent,
Any changes that you make directly on the marketplace will not be reflected on your relisted items through Vendio. You would have to make those changes inside your inventory items.
