Are we doing something wrong? We need to have the ability to combine orders both in eBay and in Vendio. We have lost the ability to combine in eBay using eBay Sales Manager, which we have been using for 3 years. The only thing I can think is it has something to do with the way we are listing our items via Vendio. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,
When exactly was the last time you were able to combine an order on eBay, and also, have you changed anything with regard to post-sale recently? Can you provide some example items where you were able to combine on eBay as well as some where you were not? It will help us a great deal in troubleshooting the issue.

We spent the month of July rewriting all our ads using Vendio SMIE. Basically we did away with our old system and signed up with Vendio. Once we started uploading the new ads, we used vendio to create,to the eBay store and cancelling the old ads, we began experiencing this problem ( Around the middle of July). At first I thought that it was because some of the items used calculated shipping while others used fixed rate, but I no longer believe this is the issue.
Now that we have completed the upload we are not able to combine anything. We can not even combine multiple purchases of the same types of items. For example we used a base template for our fragrance oils and all aspects are identical other than the name of the oil and the scent description. We are able to combine in Vendio just fine. However, eBay's Sales manager is another story. We would like to have both options available for our customers if it is possible.
If I upload an ad using our old methods, the eBay sell your item form or eBays Turbo Lister, than those items can be combined. This is what leads me to believe that the problem lies within our Vendio ads or the way we set up some part of our account. I am at a loss, any advice would truly be appreciated.
Here are some more specifics but I couldn't tell you if they are relivant or not:
1. I am specifying shipping costs for eBay checkout (On vendio site)
2. I use fixed shipping rates (On Vendio Site)
3. I have the box checked (on Vendio Site) to Apply shipping discounts for multiple purchases in eBay checkout
4. I am using checkout redirect (Vendio)
5. I am using eBay Checkout and have it set (on eBay Site)
6. 99% of the ads are store inventory
7. We have the ads set up to import bidders into Vendio
8. We typically offer international shipping using the vendio calculator and the fixed rate shipping that is stated for our US customers
