Every time I am going to Post a sale and I am in the Fulfillment page I am have a hard time today. I have done around 20 sales and the past 5 or so have had the same issues.
1. Every time I go to print out my invoice it is taking me to some advertisement and closing me out of my page.
2. When I go to get out of the advertisement and again put in my auction number I am getting an error message that the fulfillment page does not exist.
3. I am getting an error message at the top of my fulfillment page stating that the customer's address is not entered when it is.
4. When I print my invoice I am getting "e" where the address and shipping information should be. When the auction has been fully completed by the customer.
Not sure if this is a Vendio thing or if my computer is acting up, but I am having no other trouble with other sites.
Please assist with this issue it is quite frustrating when I have almost 50 items to ship before 2:30 in the afternoon!

This is the advertisement that I am getting:
Vendio Sales Manager Merchandising Edition
And now this is popping on when I try to send a shipment notification sheet to the customer.

Receiving this error as well:

Error updating fulfillment data: 2 updateFulfillmentData: returned result: '' DATABASE 'user_499' does not exist

This all occured on one sale and it has now taken me 8 minutes to complete this sale and I still cannot get the system to allow me to send a shipment notification. Extrememly frustrating!!
