We have ordered "Vendio Sales Manager Inventory Edition" on Nov 26th, but it's too slow to connect Vendio website from us. So we have to cancel this service and want to get a full refund. We sent two Emails to the mailbox in the website but till now we Don't have any reply. We don't know whether this cancellation will be handled or not. Please let us know ASAP. Thanks for your help!

As you can see inside your account, all products on your account were terminated on 11/27, and you were emailed at that time by me notifying you that your account had been terminated, and that any fees applied to your account would be reversed.
