In the past two days we have had three messages from eBay. Gallery image is not working on three different items. I'm sure we will get charged for gallery again when we edit listing at eBay to correct this.
1. Dear Seller:
DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE. SEE BELOW FOR INSTRUCTIONS.
Thank you for choosing to be part of eBay's Gallery!
Unfortunately, your item
140061300310
has not yet been added to the gallery.
The problem is:
We could not connect to the Web server name specified by:

Check your image URL to make sure that it is correct.

Had another one from sunday evening, thought it was a fluke. 2 last night makes it a problem between Vendio and eBay.

Hello Harriett,
If you have received an email from eBay stating that your image was not submitted to the Gallery because it is in the wrong format, you will need to resubmit the correct URL. I've never encountered a double billing when resubmitting my ebay gallery images.
In order to obtain the correct URL for the gallery image, open the full-size image from your Image Hosting page by clicking on the image file name link.
Place your pointer/cursor over the image and right-click. Open "properties" and copy and paste the URL from the properties box into the Gallery correction form if you are using Internet Explorer, or click "copy image location" then paste the URL into the Gallery correction form on eBay if you are using Netscape.
Note that the URL obtained using this method will work for correcting your Gallery image, however, it should not be used in listings. This URL will not reset the image deletion flag, so it will not prevent your image from being deleted automatically even if it is actively being used in an auction.
Note also that the URL they mention not being able to use does appear to be correct, so you should be able to simply resubmit the exact same URL and eBay will be able to import this time without error.
Chances are they were just having trouble at the time of import, or there was a fluke in the Vendio image hosting system that made eBay think the images weren't really there.
Editing the listing to revise the gallery URL will not incur additional fees.

Interesting. Are the gallery pictures actually there when you go view these items?
Others have reported seeing the same in some of the other forums, but upon checking it seems the messages were sent in error as the gallery photos were in fact loaded properly.

No the gallery pic is not showing.
I have revised the listings without changing the link that was already there for gallery, but still no show in search. I can see the gallery pic when I open the page for revision, but no show on a search page or in our store. I will pull the link in image properties and revise on eBay today.
These are all BIN eBay store listings. Go Figure
Everything seems to have worked good yesterday, but between Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, we had this same problem on 6 out of a hundred or so listings.
I guess I'm just hoping that this is a temporary problem and not another hitch to add to the list at glitchBay.
