I don't care to have both AD's showing but would like to have a copy of the AD in pending and the other in active as well.

Is it possible to copy an active ad and store it in pending?

I am aware of storing Ad's in inventory but find that it limits what I can/cannot edit from inventory, which I feel is a bit backwards.

I surely would love to see that folks could be able to fully edit within inventory as well as in pending sections.

What is the problem with why that is the case?

Hello,

You can make a copy of your active listing by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Control Panel" --> "All Active". Then locate the listing and click the "copy" link to the right. A copy of the listing will then be available in your pending section to edit.

What have you been unable to edit in your inventory item, that you can edit in your pending listings?

Also, since you have quite a few inventory items you might want to consider switching to Sales Manager Inventory Edition, which is designed more for your situation than Sales Manager Merchandising Edition.

Regards,
Nathan
