I need an easy way to be able to print out a list of people that needs to have their items shipped and then print out the corresponding shipping labels in endicia in the same order. This way I do not need to match the reference # in the postage log with the ship list to see which item this person needs sent to them.

You can do that by using the Export Shipping tab.

Thanks benscycle!

Also, this can be located by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Post Sale" --> "Export Shipping". There's also a link on this page named "USPS Dazzle" that will give you more in depth instructions. The link is located above and to the right of "Choose File Format".

Please let us know if you have any additional questions about this.

Regards,
Nathan

Also is there a way to generate a packing list with the same order as the endicia print out along with the qty of the item

Hello,

You can send the shipment notification by clicking on the post-sale keys. Then click the link to "send shipment notification" in step number 6. It is not possible to send this notification automatically.

Unfortunately, at this time it is not possible to generate a packing list through Vendio.

Regards,
Nathan

How about QTY of the item. On your screens for export shipping or items to ship you guys need to place a qty field. VERY IMPORTANT

Hi,
Endicia's Dazzle has a place under options where you check to send an email automatically but you have to enter the email address. You can also customize the signature area and the subject line.
It isn't a perfect solution but it works and minimizes your input.
Good Luck!
Paula
