I have had several buyers having problems paying with Paypal. This has been happening for about 2 weeks. Is this a Paypal issue? Is anyone aware of what might be happening or have a way to fix this? i think they are getting a message from Paypal that transaction is cancelled and to try back later. I had one person try for quite a few days. If anyone has any advise let me know.

Hi there,
We are aware of this problem, which is actually on the Paypal side. They are working on it, and we are working with them to ensure that it is corrected as quickly as possible. We expect that it will be resolved shortly. In the meantime, your buyers should be able to make the payment on Paypal directly (although I believe Paypal has been having intermittent problems with direct payments as well).

I'm also getting people who went through the checkout paid through paypal and it doesn't show up as paid in Vendio. Only step2 completed.

I been also getting a lot of people who go through the checkout but is not directed to paypal for payment and then Vendio send a notification thanking them for payment. SO they think they paid when they haven't
