The profile does appear to be setup properly. The way you have it now, the profile will try and submit one listing with a quantity of ten (making the listing Dutch.)
As long as you have at least 10 items available for the items this profile is applied to, it will try to submit another dutch listing with a quantity of ten as soon as there are no others at market. (as of 1/31 when this profile was last edited and saved)

yes but item number 250079562553 was posted with the same profile and for some reason, something I am sure I am over looking, has the same profile and had 10 items but somehow only posted 1
If you click on the number 1 showing at market, you will see this particular item was submitted manually and not via the automatic launch profile.
Since the one running only leaves a quantity of 9 available, the profile will be unable to automatically launch anything unless it closes without being sold.
