Hi, I sent the following questions to billing yesterday morning:
Auction examples:
190066226010,190066225937,190066225943
"Hello, I sent two messages regarding my account yesterday and have not received a reply. I thought reply's were given in under 24 hours?
Why am I being charged final value fees on eBay items when I changed to a power plan on 1/12/06? It also appears that I am still being charged for a store... Why?
Final value charges were charged on several items. The two above are examples. There are more. These are on page 7 of my January statement. Please help me understand what the problem is. Thank you. Paula If we cannot resolve this issue, how do I change back to the pay as you go plan?"
How does one get a timely response? The fact that my bill for January is almost 3X higher than my November bill and 2X higher than my December bill, is very disturbing.
Please help me figure out what is going on. Thank you, Paula
Final Value Fee's would be applied for any listings that you 'launch' while on a payment plan that charged them, not when the items happen to close.
While we do strive to reply to all email within 24 hours, we can sometimes get a little backed up depending on the current volume.
Rest assured the billing department has received your message and will reply to is asap. We do not handle billing issues via the online message center.
