Quick question,
I have also sent this to the tech people.
I use Inventory Edition and the items in it are set up as good till cancelled under the ebay store length of time.
I recently updated over 300 items, corrected the location to show city/state and zip, was set up to show my website, also corrected ebay store categories for each item.
All of my store listings expired today, the old ones had the web site for location and had invalid ebay store categories. When all of my listings relaunched to my ebay store automatically under the good till cancelled format, none of the updates that I had completed in my inventory showed up on the items. Its like it just keep the old items, and added a new expiration date to them.
I was under the assumption that if you updated inventory, the next time the item launched, the updates would be reflected on the item. Is this not the case if your item is set up as GTC?
One example is 300081487585 this item was launched today and it does not have the updated location or ebay store categories.
Any light on this subject would be appreciated. I don't have time to go into eBay and edit 500 plus listings individually, so I will end up having to cancel all of my store items which will run me $50 plus bucks.

Hello Jamie,
Unfortunately the GTC listings are technically relisted by the eBay website, not Vendio - so they use whatever eBay had on file for listing details the next time around.
Only if you were to submit those items again from Vendio would the new changed be picked up. (where you would need to end them all early and relist from Vendio, or edit all of the active items direct on eBay.)
