I am seeing a discrepancy of $5.00 to $10.00 in shipping amounts between the Vendio calculator and Ebay checkout. Customers are paying the lower amount generated by Ebay which is a huge problem. How do I make sure that Ebay checkout and listing info reflect the same calculated shipping charge?

Hello,

Samples would be good for tracking this down further, but the most common mistake is mismatching your UPS account type from here Vs eBay.

For example if your Vendio account is setup with UPS daily pickup and eBay is setup with UPS drop off, the rates will be different.

You can edit your UPS account type here in Vendio via the My Account page, using the Global Preferences.
