I have 2 problems. First I do not accept paypal payments unless shipping and billing address match. When a customer checks out, they are not told this, they just never get a buttom to complete, just to go back to shopping. Second problem is that when a customer checks out paypal puts shipping and insurance together and alwasys says shipping is usps first class, when it could be priority or express. Thanks in advance.
