I continue to get the following error message: Error 17521: All locations are dropped.
All locations provided for shipping service "50023" are not allowable for this site.
The message is vague enough that I haven't a clue what is going wrong. I sent an email requesting assistance last week and haven't heard back.
Please help ASAP. You can see the errors and the item in the errors folder .
The only thing I can think of is this is the first time I tried to use the instant payment option and restricted payment to the US.

Hello Paula,
This is happening because you have entered international shipping rates, but you have not selected any international ship-to locations. Please select an international ship-to location (or remove the international shipping rates) and let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.

Hello Paula,
Just to follow up on what Nate said, since your doing PayPal instant payment required, you would need to remove the international shipping options completely or disable that payment option.

hi, Thank you both very much! I usually sell worldwide but because of international non-paying bidders on previous tech offers, I decided not to sell worldwide this time on eBay's advice.
After you told me what to do, I thought, "well, dah!" It seemed obvious, now.
