When people check out now and they select insurance it always says that the Paypal calculations are not showing the insurance was paid but they have.
I noticed it started last month when I did actually have a buyer short me on the insurance a since then every order is showing that when they select insurance.
When a buyer selects insurance at Vendio checkout, PayPal will show a total that includes the insurance. However, the insurance will not be shown broken down in a separate line in PayPal. PayPal will show the insurance as "not offered" and include the insurance cost with the shipping cost. This is unfortunately a limitation on PayPal's end, at this time. It is not possible for Vendio to have PayPal show the insurance on a separate line.
