I'm having some difficulty offering second chance through vendio. I can bring down the check list of qualifying bidders, but it won't let me check off any boxes. Please help. What am I doing wrong? I'm a newbie to offering second chances. Thanks!
There is no quantity available to send the second chance offer on these items unfortunately. As per the eBay rules using that system: "The number of offers you send can't be more than the number of items you have for sale."
Since there was only one available when you submitted the ad, and that one item sold, there are no second chance offers available to be sent.
