I am working on some listings and having some problems.
1)On an item ready to list at 5.00 I ran the preview as an ebay item.It has me being charged at 6.50 total in fees.It has insertion fee at 2.50 for a 5.00 item and also a reserve fee on items without a reserve.
2) I had a bunch of items pending to launch Sunday evening I found an error in the auctions that needed correcting so I cancelled the launch. Now I cannot find them anywhere.
These where previous auctions that I relisted as new as the jpegs got deleted. When I click on the item to relist again it says already relisted but I cannot find the items.

Hello Adrian,
1. What is the name of the inventory item, so that I can take a look?
2. If you canceled the launch of an item that was launched through your inventory, then then listing itself would no longer be available. You would need to relaunch the listing from the inventory item directly.
If you were launching these listings from your closed listings, please let us know one of the closed listing numbers that you were relisting, so that we can take a closer look.

Hello,
1. I checked the inventory item "1810 hand colored bird print FOOTED TRING SEA BIRD" and noticed that it does currently have a reserve set. You may remove the reserve by first selecting the inventory item to edit. Then go to the "Site Specifics" tab and edit the "Prices" section. Change the dollar amount in the "Reserve" field to "0.00" and save the changes.
2. The problem with this listing is that you had relisted from the closed listing. This made the closed listing no longer available for relist. When you canceled the pending relist, the pending relist was no longer available. If you do not currently have this item saved in your inventory, and the listing closed recently, you might be able to create an inventory item based on the closed listing. To do this go to "Sales Manager" --> "Import" --> "Import from existing Vendio account" --> select "Import inventory based on my existing listings" and click "Send Import Request".
Please note that with Inventory Edition it is almost always best to create an inventory item for the listings you are selling. That way the information will always be available to relist.

Hello Adrian,
Unfortunately, those listings are no longer available to relist through Vendio. What you can do to work around the problem is relist them directly through eBay, and then import the active listings into Vendio (similar to the instructions that I provided you earlier). Once the listings are active on eBay you can import them into Vendio by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Import" --> "Import from eBay listings" --> "Import My eBay Listings".
