When I try to change duration to 30 days under Site Specifics, I am sometimes getting error message that I can't pick 30-day duration for auction items.
Sometimes it seems to work fine, sometimes only first item works and I get error on remaining items during a bulk edit of 4 items.

Here is example with 4 items:
Mad for Minis Altered Book Art ATCs Miniatures
SKU: 852485042
UPC/ISBN: none
Creative Collage Home Decor Project Idea Book!
SKU: 893453367
UPC/ISBN: 1574215299
Metal Impressions Altered Style Project Idea Book
SKU: 957296767
UPC/ISBN: none
Shake Rattle Roll Artist Trading Cards ATCs Art Book
SKU: 893434680
UPC/ISBN: 1574212605
The third one (Metal Impressions) somehow was saved previously as 30 Day FP, which is desired result. I get the error when I tried to copy that setting to the other 3. (It does not give me an error on the one that is already 30 days.)
Tool tip showing states:
"Cannot have 30-day or GTC auctions. Please select a new duration. Missing field."

Hello,
I apologize, but I have not been able to duplicate this problem. Is this happening when you try to bulk edit? Or when you are editing one item at a time? Do you get the error immediately after trying to make the change within the inventory item? Or when you try to save the inventory item itself? Or do you get the error when you try to preview the item? Please be specific.

At this time, it is no longer working for me on ANY items. I get the error message every time I try to save an item with 30 days for FP in it.
However, I do have a few listings done earlier that do show as 30 days, so it WAS working as recently as a few hours ago.

Hello,
Thank you for the information. I was able to duplicate the problem in your account, and I have escalated this to our engineers. We will let you know as soon as we hear back from them.

I found two workarounds:
1) If I copy and make a new listing, then in the new listing there is nothing listed in Auction Auto-Launch areas. In that case it works, and I can select and save FP30 for duration.
OR
2) I can take an existing listing and set the Auto-Launch for Auctions to "None" and it will work. I can then launch the FP. After that, I can go and add the Auto-Launch profile back in and pick an Auction duration.
So, for now, there are two workarounds.
However, neither approach is a viable long-term solution.
The first is very prone to errors since it requires manually adjusting inventory levels in two listings for each product, and there is also the extra effort of maintaining double the number of listings in your system. Thus doubling the amount of work next time an Ebay change requires me to edit something. The second requires manual intervention every time I want to launch something Fixed Price without interfering with existing Auction Auto-Launch profiles.
However, it appears the technical issue is related to having something in the Auction Auto-Launch column at the same time one tries to set duration to 30 days.

Hello,
Thank you for the reply. It does make sense that this would be happening if you have an auto-launch profile set up for auction listings (as they cannot use the 30 day duration). The best way to handle this, in the meantime, is to have two separate inventory items (one for fixed price and one for auction).

Will Vendio be updating this in the near future to allow for ONE inventory item to be launched via Fixed Price w/ 30 day duration and the same item launched via Auction w/ a 7 Day duration? I hope so ~ please let your technical staff know that this is creating a logistical nightmare for some of us. I post the same inventory items to both fixed price and auction and I really don't want to duplicate all of my inventory items. Thanks!
