I have a very difficult customer and I don't want to leave the auto feedback. Can someone quickly tell me how to stop it ~ I have it set to automatically post upon payment. Thanks!

Hello,
To do this for one specific order, go to "Sales Manager" --> "Post Sale" --> click on the post-sale keys for the listing --> under step 7 select "Do not automatically send feedback, I'll send it myself" in the drop-down box next to "Automatic Feedback" and save your changes. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
