Hi, Can anyone tell me an easy way to go in and change the shipping option after an auction has already ended and re-send an invoice to the customer? I can't seem to figure it out. I had lots of auctions end and then realized it would be cheaper to send some of them flat rate which would be a fixed shipping option rather than the calculated option that I included in the original auction. I hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance for your help...you guys are great! Kathy

Hello Kathy,
You may make this change by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Post Sale" --> click on the post-sale keys for the order --> be sure that step 2 is unchecked --> click the "Edit Checkout and WBN" button in step 1 --> then make your changes in the "Shipping Carriers" section. You may then resend the Winning Bidder Notification by using the "send WBN" link in step 1. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
