Customer claims to have had difficulty with payment for eBay item #250590748867. I have Vendio checkout activated. Could you please check?

Hello Bill,
I went through the checkout flow for this listing, but I was unable to locate any problem or error (the checkout does seem to be have been set up correctly). If it is possible to get more information from the buyer about in what way the checkout did not work, it would be helpful.
