Help! I know I may be one of the few who still use the old version of the Sales Mgr. Inventory Edition, but I am having some serious problems today. All day, I couldn't get photos to show up when I set up new inventory items. I couldn't get a list of the image files under the gallery option either. Now tonight every time I try to open an inventory item I am bounced back to the Vendio/Ecommerce/stores page. I can't even open an inventory file to edit the details. When I click on back to my services the whole thing just repeats again still not allowing me to open the inventory item. I am at a stand still so any help you can provide would be appreciated.
I logged in to your account, however I was unable to duplicate the problem. If you haven't already, please try clearing your browser cache and Vendio cookies and see if that helps. If it does not, please try using a different browser and let us know whether or not you get the same results. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer try using Mozilla Firefox. Please let us know the results.
