Is there anything different lately that might preclude me from copying data contained in the "Edit Description" box?
I can copy anywhere within SMIE except there. A right mouse click goes unheeded - using the pad doesn't work.
On my other computer, it used to be a bit touchy but refreshing the page several times and clearing the clipboard usually worked.
My new computer has greater capacity and currently has little in memory but no go.
Is this a safety feature of some kind?
Copying data in the Edit Description box is important to me.

Can you please let us know which browser you are using?
The most recommed that you use Google Chrome or Firefox browser for Vendio. While, For any browser, Vendio.com should still be accessible, though we cannot guarantee that all of the features will work and look properly.

I switched to Chrome and you are correct - it works better. Unfortunately, with Chrome the html editor doesn't work - but I'm sure you already know that. I don't really need it, anyway.
One thing I did learn was that html can be read differently by different browsers - particularly in the area of font size. But that's another matter.
Since most viewers of the website are using IE, I find myself composing a given page with Chrome and then tweaking it with IE.
