Hello,

I had a few BINs today that took 3 hours to "close". Vendio would not recognize the sale for over 3 hours and my buyers could not check out.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Example:

Ebay # 5553495701

And this one, which still has not "closed". Buyer already paid via Paypal, which means I lost out on trying to up-sell:

Ebay # 5551417987

Hello Lori,

eBay is currently experiencing a problem with their API (this is the interface that allows us to launch listings and gather information pertaining to your listings from their database. ) There has been slowness when sending and receiving data through the API interface throughout the morning. eBay is aware of the problem and is working to resolve the issue. In the meantime, you may notice latency in listing launches, WBNs, bids/hits updating, Vendio Gallery updating, and active auctions closing.

We are in contact with eBay and hope that they will be able to resolve this issue quickly. Thank you for your patience.
