below is what i had before i join vendio (2/19/05) how can i still keep this as my defult templat with 1 picture on top? this way all i have to do is fill in the question (?). also what is sku and upc?

Hello,
You can create a profile item in online inventory and store this HTML in your item description box -- this way, when you create new listings, you can apply the profile to your items so you don't have to keep typing in this HTML. Then you can go through it and fill out the ? marks with the right information. To create a profile item, go to Sales Manager and click on Inventory, start a new inventory item, fill out whatever basic information you like (in addition to pasting the HTML) and check off the 'profile item' box in the upper right corner. Then Save. When you create a new listing, the name of that profile should appear right above category selection -- choose it to apply it.
SKU and APC are personal inventory numbers you can apply to items.
