I tried to print out the Sales Manager Inventory Edition Get Started List but it would not print. I got an Acrobat Reader error message as soon as I opened it which said, "There was an error processing a page. A font contains a bad CMap/Encoding." I don't think the first page even showed up.

Same thing with Get Started List for Image Hosting and Gallery. Image Hosting List only has a couple of lines of text and I see no text at all in the Gallery one.

Hello,

It sounds as though you may need to reload your Adobe Reader software. The files themselves havent changed and do appear to be loading correctly at this time.

I did that. They will now not open at all!
