I just signed up with Vendio. It appears as if ebay store sales do not get recognized as closed by the system automatically. Perhaps my settings are wrong? I had come on with Vendio on the 6th. I see that none of my store sales or auctions w/bin which closed early since then have been debited from inventory, and still appeared as active listings. I was able to figure out that if I checked each item and hit refresh, they would "process" and get recognized as sold. I have 3500 + items which make up 33 pages, it will take a long time to check and refresh all those pages each day. There must be a better way. Is there?

Hello,

The items that you start listing and relisting directly from Vendio will drop to the closed section much quicker than the currently imported/tracked listings.

Refreshing the page the items appear on will usually force the system to see these listings as closed and drop them for you manually, so as you progress and start using Vendio for your listings you should be able to avoid habving to do this on a going forward basis.

Meaning that this is happening because these items are imported, and not form Vendio, for sure. This is not normal for Vendio generated EBAY store items and Bin's?

Hello,

That is correct. We do run into issues from time to time on Vendio listed items as well, when the notices we get from the eBay API are delayed as to when items have closed, but we are even working on ways around relying solely on their system for the future.

Is there a more efficient alternative that we can use for the time being (i.e. one click to process ended items). Yesterday we had to process 33 pages by constantly scrolling up & down between the select all & refresh buttons. One of the main reasons we considered Vendio was the ability to alleviate the administrative tasks so there is more time to sell. We had a horrific experience with Andale and their inability to streamline transactions, etc. but even they were able to resolve at least this bottleneck. If we sold 20 items a week then this would be something we could deal with but 500+ items a week makes this an impractical burden.

Hello,

In terms of moving closed items to the closed section when they have been imported, refreshing the page they exist on is currently the only way to force them to drop more quickly than they are on their own at this time.

Again, note that this is not the norm for items you create and launch from the Vendio website and not something you would ever come to expect with the items you use our tools to manage.

Christopher
