I am using the Vendio-recommended payment instruction text and it truncates the last few words. I'm in Edit Inventory --> Site Specifics --> Edit Checkout.
The last sentence should read: "You can also click on the link in the email that I will send you after the auction closes."
Instead, it reads: "You can also click on the link in the email that I will send you after th"
I can fix this in Vendio and save it, but when I come back into it, the text is truncated again. This also carries over to when it is launched on eBay. I then have to go in and revise each item to add the rest of the sentence.
I am only using the Vendio-suggested text, so I am not over the 500 character limit.
Is this a system bug, or am I doing something wrong?

Since it is already applied with the truncated text you will unfortunately need to edit each item. What you have set up in your global preferences is going to apply to new items you create only. I have already edited "Garden of Life Seasonal Relief Immune Support" for you -- if you check it now, you should see the rest of the text in your checkout. Please let me know if it does not all appear.

just so you know, you are not alone: this happened to me as well, to the Vendio boilerplate text I had cut & pasted directly from the Vendio setup form page as recommended.
The text had been fine for more than a month.
I haven't checked all my listings to see how many instances of the error i have..
I just checked the text for Seasonal Relief and it is truncated again. I also have gone in to edit the text and correct the truncation, but when I go in later, it is truncated again.
I think there is an issue in the software. Is there a way to get this looked at?
I escalated this to engineering -- I tried to edit and save it and it went back to that truncated text. As soon as we have an update on this, we will let you know. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Any update on this issue? I want to step up my auction activity, but won't until things are working right. I'm using Vendio to save me work, not make more.
