Hello, I've looked everywhere I can think of to make sure the wbn is turned on- But I still have auctions ending and it doesnt get sent- suggestions Vendio?

Hello,

It looks like everything that you launched from here you have setup to send the WBN automatically.

There is a possible issue here though. You have a number of items that were imported to Vendio. Either items you listed or relisted directly from the eBay website. Its ok to do that, but these items are not setup for the WBN and you have enabled the eBay checkout redirect.

The checkout redirect isnt going to work correctly for items that you imported and you will want to disable that option until all listings you submit or relist are being done directly from Vendio.

Go to the My Account page and click on the Post Sale Management link found within. From here you will want to uncheck the checkout redirect option and save the change.

This way you can still process these items that were imported manually when they close, but wont be forcing buyers into a situation where they may be unable to checkout properly for some listings.
