When I try to edit an item, it gives me an error message which reads "invalid item list". This is new and has just started happening today. Is there something wrong with the site?
We haven't had any issues thus far with Firefox. Can you let us know what item you are trying to edit, and what you do up to the point where you get the error? We will try to replicate this error.
Thank you for your response. I didn't respond yesterday because the problem was fixed within a half hour and I had no further problems until today. Now, this is happening again. It happens whenever I try to edit ANY item or launch ANY item, nor am I able to create any new items because as soon as I try to attach pictures, it gives me error messages. I'm not sure why this is but it seems perhaps an intermittent problem. Any help you could offer would be much appreciated.

Christopher-
It IS related to Firefox. That's odd... it works fine with the regular Mozilla. Oh well, I'm happy that I am able to launch items after all! Thanks for your help... maybe you guys can figure out why Firefox isn't working.

Hello Nlptapesnow,
The shipping and checkout information has been consolidated under the Payment & Shipping tab. You can edit the Shipping, Insurance and Sales Tax information here, and it will map to both eBay and Vendio checkout information automatically.
With the old system, shipping had to be entered in 2 separate locations, one for Vendio checkout, the other for eBay checkout, even if it was the same. There was only one generic, fixed shipping carrier for eBay checkout.
With the new system, the eBay checkout options have multiplied:
- you can offer 3 different carriers, and you can name them
- you can choose calculated shipping (the eBay shipping calculator)
- you can offer specific rates for international shipping
- you can use the eBay Sales Tax table, if you pay tax in multiple states.
We are sorry if we failed to convey to you properly how the new shipping and checkout system works. We do hope though that the new features will help your eBay business.
