I am having a real problem with the new shipping program...my CDN customers are getting the message that "no shipping carrier is available....although I have set my shipping options.

Hello Patty,
When you setup your shipping options, check the box to indicate that you are shipping internationally and enter your canadian shipping option within.
When you list your items into eBay US the system assumes that when you ship to canada that it will be international (even if your technically shipping from within Canada.)
