I took a look at your items. Everything does look to be ok with them, yet they have not launched yet.
I have escelated the question and written to engineering. Also, no, you do not have to launch an item to trigger the schedule to start. You may hear back from the engineer here tomorrow. If not I will follow up on Tuesday.

Hello,
I heard back from engineering on this issue. Apparently it is a bug relating to the communication of shipping preferences to eBay. The fix is currently scheduled to be released on this Thursday.
If you want them to launch now, you could try adjusting the shipping settings for those items to be like your other items that are launching successfully.
Sorry for the inconvenience, the fix is on the way.
