I've checked my shipping prefs and they seem to be in order - however, when the buyer for order 787370595 tries to check out she gets this error message. I can't seem to edit the checkout to include shipping. Would someone please let me know what happened with this?
These items were imported but shipping and handling was not set when importing was done. You will have to uncombine the order, edit each order to specify a shipping and handling option, recombine the order and reinvoice the buyer.
To uncombine an order, in Sales Manager -> Post Sale click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order". At this point, the item will be split into separate listings.
For each item, click the set of post sale keys and click the edit icon for the WBN in step 1 (it is the paper with the pencil icon). Scroll to shipping and handling and set a carrier and a price, then Save Changes. After you do this for all three, go to 'Combineable Items' in post sale and combine these items again and reinvoice your buyer.
