I just listed 5 neckties that did not import when I switched to SMIE. They had always shown in the store but nowhere else. Now there are duplicate listings in the store. How do I fix that?

Thank you for your patience. I tried to fix the issue myself, but could not.
I wrote to engineering and I am told they have a tool they can run that will reconcile your store items with your inventory items. They were not able to run it right away, but should be able to very soon. I will let you know when they have, or you may notice it in your account.

Hello,

The engineer ran the tool to fix the inventory, but it did not work. He said the reason for the inconsistency is the switching back and forth from SMIE to SMME. I do have one other thing I could try and I have asked engineering if I can try it. Will get back to you on Monday with a fix or an update.
