I have been selling on eBay since Jan of 2000 and am now quiting all this "Fun". I canceled my eBay Store in Nov. of 2010 and have sold nothing on eBay since Dec. 2010, and have nothing listed now, but you are still charging me for services that I am not using. I can find no way to just "Cancel" my Membership in your sevices. Your website has me jumping all over the place and going in circles for over an hour, and I am no closer now than when I started. My email address has changed to; [email protected] If you send your reply to my old email address as in my username, I will not receive it. My phone # is: 580-925-3946 but I can't be reached until after 6 PM Thanks for your assistance. Zeb Bowles

Hello,

We did receive the email you sent in to the regular help support channel as well, simply respond to that to confirm to the billing rep that you want to cancel the paid services on your account and it will be taken care of no problem.
