I have tried to work with Vendio on this issue and keep getting told that you are turning info over to the tech people to figure it out. First, you have still not finished and followed up on the last time I brought this up (see- On Market Qty Consistently Wrong Last Post 4-2-11).

I had to cancel over 45 of the sales I had on eBay today, because of some ridiculous eBay policy, the end result is I canceled them in the Marketplace listings. They were all removed from the Marketplace Listings, which is good. However, when I go back to My Items section and look at the On Market Quantity, many of the items that are canceled, still show up as having inventory listed on the market. I only list on eBay, and the items are not actually listed on eBay, and they are not listed in the Vendio Marketplace Listings. They just show up in the On Market Qty in the My Items area. You always tell me to get data for you so you can follow up, well here you go. These items still list On Market Qty, when the are not really there:
20-9246 COY, 15-9355 COY, 15-9355 OD, 25-0015 BK, 20-8961 COY, 20-8961 BLK, 20-9324 AD, 20-9324 COY, 20-9324 BK,
25-0013 BK, 15-9648 COY, 15-7612 BK, 25-0017 BK, 25-0022 AD, 25-0022 BK, 25-0022 OD, 6-8406 COY, 20-8917 BLK, 20-9418 BK, 15-7981 BK,

That is 20 items that are not represented on Vendio correctly. I use Vendio to not only manage my inventory but to make sure I have listings up on eBay so I am able to sell them. When Vendio's system tells me there are between 1-5 pcs for sale on eBay, I should not have to follow-up in 2 different places (Marketplace Listings and eBay itself) to make sure that is true.

I would like to know what you can do to correct this issue going forward. And don't just offer to take them off this time, that is what you did last time a couple of weeks ago, and I am back in the same situation again. GET THIS BUG FIXED, or I will take my business elsewhere, and I will let everyone I can know what happened.

Hello,

Unfortunately there is an issue with updating the quantity on market when items don't close 'naturally' currently. Typically this should only happen when eBay pulls the listings off of the market completely, but items that you simply pull off of eBay yourself should be automatically updating as soon as the Marketplace listings page recognizes them as ended. We have passed along these examples to the engineering team to check into why this isn't happening, so they can both update and correct the currently effected items as well as ensure that going forward these do not require manual updates.

Chris

Any word on this issue? It is very important that your system keeps track of inventory accurately. I have been working on this issue for some time now, and I get the feeling that nothing is being done to change this?

I still have a number of items that are showing On Market Qty, but are not actually up.

Hello,

Thank you for your patience while we work on this issue. There has been quite a bit of progress in this already, while we work to both manually correct the items in your account (were building the script now) as well as verify this cannot be reproduced going forward.)

Regards,
Chris

Any fixes for this issue? I still run into a lot of items that show on market quantity in the my items section that are not really on eBay. I thought 2 weeks ago you said you were close to a fix for this problem, but it keep re-happening.

Hello,

I am sorry for the problems this is causing you. Our engineers are continuing to work on this, however I do not have a specific eta or update at this time, unfortunately.

Regards,
Nathan
