Since yesterday I keep getting this error message when trying to save an ad or even just view my Marketplace page.

Today it loaded an ad twice to eBay bc it still showed here as not saved.

It's not always, just most of the time and has made creating ads all but impossible.

I know there's a way to check eBay status, but how about Vendio status so we know when you're having problems and don't waste hours trying to get ads posted when it'll be a waste of time?

Hello,

The 'My Vendio' page is where any Vendio announcements are posted when available.

Are you getting this 'internal server error' right now when trying to view your Marketplace Listings page, or just earlier?

We are currently checking into an issue that caused this error to display to users between 1:30 and 2:00PM today, but are not aware of this being an issue prior or after this window of time so if you are still running into it please let us know. When more information about the issue earlier this afternoon is available we will post back with those details.

Regards,
Chris

Marketplace Listings is working right now. I was also getting the same error from the Orders==>Sold Items page for awhile this afternoon. Now I can get in, but some of the info is gone-notably the tracking & ship date info. It's not coming back even when I go into details & update from ebay-tho ebay shows it correctly.

I was getting the server error while trying to save listings all yesterday evening up til about midnight or 1AM. Or it would tell me there was a problem with the Store ad-which was the same as the eBay ad. I kept rewriting, etc, trying to solve it. Last night, I gave up & just closed down to get a little sleep and started from scratch this morning, only to run into the same glitches. A lot of the times this morning I wasn't even getting the message, it just would gray out for awhile, then I'd be back on the same page. I luckily checked eBay to check my existing listings to find that the one I was trying to get through had done so - twice! So I had to take one off. I hate doing that. I'm hesitant to even try to list now and find I'm spinning my wheels again.

Also, I have my buyer feedback set to auto-post once I ship, but that hasn't gone thru yesterday or today, either. (I checked last night to be sure it was set to auto-maybe that was ignoring what I set, too?)

I'm still having problems getting Alerts to appear on my front page-is there somewhere else I can access it? I guess I AM going to have to break down & go to Chrome to use this site.

Sorry-appended this to the wrong file when I tried to reply by email & was redirected to the Cust Service page.

Another quirky thing that's been happening while trying to create an ad is that diff pull-down menus are getting stuck, overlapping the next field down and won't go away-even when I come back from another tab within Create Item.

Usually, IF it will allow me to save, I can reopen the item and it's corrected. Tho sometimes, the same pulldown has just moved to cover something else instead.

And often the various pulldowns are not appearing immediately below their slot in the first place, but elsewhere on the page.

In almost every instance, the ads I edit in Item info are not carrying through to Store Info and never into the Ebay description. Same with the images. So, I have to reattach pics & Cut & Paste descriptions and sometimes titles.

BUT even Cut & Paste is giving me varied results, too. I paste to find Alignment changes, Bolding changes, and often I cannot get the Bold button to work at all to correct it and have to go into HTML view & alter code myself. What's really weird is sometimes the code is already there, it's just ignoring it. If I delete & rewrite it, it works.

And of course, I still cannot get the Font color button to work even after trying your suggestions.

Every ad I create is an adventure & very time consuming. I'm getting ready to give up on Vendio. I love its potential, but this is wasting a lot of my time. I hope it smooths out soon.

Hello Sandy,

Definitely think about giving up on Internet Explorer, at least for now until you can rule it out as a possible cause for a lot of these unusual errors we have been going back and forth with you on.

At the very least you can rule out the browser as a possible cause when you are having issues - by simply toggling over to ____ (ANTHING else browser wise really would be fine for testing purposes, or even IE on a different computer) and seeing if the behavior exists there as well.

We did know of an internal server error issue for a short time earlier this afternoon as mentioned above, but if you saw it last night and before that time frame today it's likely also a side effect of your ongoing browser issues with IE8 on Windows XP of this computer.

This wouldn't however explain the issue your having with automatic feedback, so we'll check into that in your account and report back any findings.

Regards,
Chris
