Can someone please clarify the following regarding Vendio image hosting plans:
1) Are the image hosting plans "pay as you go", in other words, if after one or two months of using an image hosting plan I decide I no longer want the service, can I simply cancel the subscription, or am I locked into a year of service? Further, I know I can upgrade the plans at any time, but can I downgrade plans month-to-month?
2) I understand that if I choose a plan and in a given month, go over the storage limit, I will be automatically billed for a higher level of hosting. Does this work in reverse: if I choose a plan, and only use the storage of a smaller, less costly plan, do I then automatically get charged for the smaller plan, or am I still charged for the originally chosen plan?
3) Do the images I upload need to be a specific size, and, is there a size limit to the images I can upload?
1. Our Image Hosting plans are monthly subscription based, which means that you may change (upgrade, downgrade, or deactivate) the plan at any time, but if you are downgrading or deactivating it you must do so before your monthly billing date in order to avoid month forward fees.
2. You are charged for the highest Image Hosting plan that is active at any point during your monthly billing cycle.
3. There is a 1MB file size limit for standard image uploads.
