Hi! There must have been some kind of glitch with Vendio as I had several items on a fixed price listing with ebay. They ended and the items are still currently showing up on my inventory list as still on market. When you click on the number supposed to be at market (example, 5) Vendio says there is no history for the item. I would like to remove the number (5) my inventory list shows on market and place them back in to available inventory so I can re-list them. How do I do this? I want my at market numbers to be correct so I don't get confused in managing how many items are currently on auction. Thanks in advance!

Hello,
If the listings are still showing in your list of active listings in Vendio, please refresh the listings by selecting them and clicking the Vendio "Refresh" button. Then allow 15 minutes for the data to refresh and update in the inventory items.
If the listings are no longer showing in your list of active listings in Vendio, you may correct this number by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Inventory". Then click on the number for the inventory item that is in the "Quantities on Market" column. Scroll to the bottom of the pop-up and make this correction to the "Quantity on Market" field. The drop-down box is used to select which type of listing, and the box to the right is where you can change the number that shows as being on market.
