Good morning, We got changed over to the new vendio platform yesterday and have been trying to figure things out.

Before with the old platform we were able to click on available inventory and vendio will only show inventory with available stock. I have been attempting to find this all night.

As well all of our shipping profiles were removed. With the new profile do you have to create multiple profiles with different fixed price shipping. Same question goes with shipping profiles with different weight.

This new platform is so confusing and the tutorials only help new users and not current users with over hundreds of listing.

Can you please help us out as we have been completely backed up since the changes.

Hello,

In order to sort your items by those that have stock available, please go to "Items" --> "My Items". Then click on the "Available Qty" column in order to sort your items based on the quantity in stock. You would want to choose the option to sort by Descending.

We are working on creating an option so that you will not need to make a new shipping profile for each item with fixed shipping (where you would be able to enter this information into an item without specifically creating a shipping profile for it).

In regards to your calculated shipping, the weight and dimensions of the item are entered into the inventory item itself -- so you can use the same calculated shipping profile for different items with different weights.

The best place to start is with the three links that are at the top left of the help page under the header "Information for Customers Upgraded from the Classic (Andale) Vendio Platform". The help page may be located here:

http://apps.vendio.com/help/index.html

Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this after you review.

Regards,
Nathan

Thank you for the quick reply.

Another question is there any way we can stay in the same search or folder after editing a listing.

For example I'm in folder 5. After editing a listing in folder 5 and saving it we are immediately redirected to the main item page. We than have to go to folder 5 again and redo the editing. This happens with searches aswell.

Is there a fix where after saving the listing we stay in the same search screen and not have to re-search for the item.

Hello Vince,

We are planning on making a change where you would end up in the same folder or search results page after saving, however I do not have an eta for when this will happen.

In the meantime, you can make it so that you view the most recently edited item at the top of the page. This can be done from the "Items" --> "My Items" page. Click the icon at the top right of your list of items that looks like two arrows in a circle. Then click on "Reset Sorting". After making this change, when you save an item it should then appear at the top of the list.

Nathan

Nathan,

Currently that is the major pain in the rear. It makes editing listings 2-3 times longer due to the constant re-search.

Please let us know when the fix will be put in place.

Thank you

Nathan,

Good afternoon. I'm in the process of filling orders and searching for orders and notice that we have missing orders.

We have some orders that do not show up on the order sales list that sold wednesday and tuesday.

Hello Vince,

Please let us know the listing number for one of the missing orders, so that we can ask our engineers to take a look.

Nathan

Nathan,

Can you please have them look at our inventory as well. We have ended listings from ebay but vendio is still showing its up.

Vince

PS - Is there anyway to put us back on the old platform. We are losing hundreds if not thousands a day figuring this new system out.

Hello Vince,

I have asked our engineers to take a look at that as well. Unfortunately, it is not possible to move back to the old version of our services.

Regards,
Nathan
