Just moved to the new platform yesterday (finally). Just curious as to what your invoice (pick sheet) settings were for mozilla/firefox. I had this same issue, with the old system with it wanting to print a blank page, 2 pages per invoice. Also, we noticed that IE is painfully slow, is there anything we can do on our end to speed it up.

Hello,
You may edit your invoice and packing slip heights by going to "Preferences" (at the top right of most pages in your Vendio account) --> select "Orders" from the drop-down box at the top of the page and scroll down to the "Packing Slip & Shipping Label Formatting and Customization" section. Try changing the height here and see if that helps.
In regards to the other problem, if you haven't already please try clearing you browser cache and Vendio cookies and see if that helps. If it does not, please let us know whether or not you get this same problem when using a different browser (such as Mozilla Firefox).

Hi, I do know where those settings are, I was curious to know what someone else's setting 'is' with their firefox. I've played with the settings, to no avail.
